Returns & warranty

 

  • Doesn’t it fit or did you make a mistake? Returns are possible under the legal right of withdrawal (unused, undamaged, in original packaging).

  • Damage caused by installation or use cannot be returned.

  • Defective on arrival? Contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Send us your model (S2/S3/X3/…), production year, and if possible your frame number or a photo. We’ll reply as quickly as possible.
