Pickup and delivery in Brussels

Pickup & delivery for VanMoof repairs — Brussels-Capital Region
We collect your VanMoof, fix it in our workshop, and bring it back.

Where: All 19 communes of the Brussels-Capital Region
When: Once per week — Monday or Tuesday (we confirm the day for the current week)
Price: €30 one-way · €50 return (pickup + drop-off)

How it works

  1. Request pickup via the contact form.

  2. Confirm: we reply with the next Monday/Tuesday run and a 2-hour time window.

  3. Repair: after inspection, we send you a quote for approval (check our price list for reference).

  4. Return: we deliver your bike back, or you pick up at the workshop.

What we need from you

  • Bike accessible at street level (or elevator).

  • If locked: lock code. 

  • Kicklock stuck? Tell us in advance and we figure out a solution.

Terms & notes

  • Cancellation free up to 24h before the window; after that: €15.

  • No-show at pickup window: €20 (to cover travel).

  • Payment: card or cash on delivery together with the repair invoice.

FAQ

  • Outside Brussels? Ask us—nearby communes may be possible with a small surcharge.
